We listen first
Your schedule, your children or your parents, the languages spoken at home, what has not worked before. Thirty minutes, free.
We search for you
On Ruah and through our own network, we find the people who fit and speak with each of them before you do.
We bring you people to meet
You meet only the ones worth meeting. We stay with it until someone is hired.
What it costs
10% of the caregiver's first-year pay, paid by you when you hire. The call and the search cost nothing, and if we find no one you owe nothing. The caregiver never pays.
For example: a full-time caregiver at $4,000 a month is $4,800; a part-time one at $1,000 a month is $1,200.
